Returns are only accepted for a refund if sent back within 14 days after receiving your item. Please email witandwonderco@gmail.com with your receipt and reason for return.

​Returns and exchanges are not accepted on customized orders, preorders, sale items, and Black Friday items.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to ship. Although items are made to order, I always try to get them out to you as fast as possible! :)
